Unable to view new job application request submitted by internal employee

Hi All,
 
we are facing issue while we are trying to view new job application request submitted by internal employee. we are only able to check the status that new application is submitted and when we are trying to check that it is not showing anything while it is working perfectly fine for external candidate.
 
Has anyone faced this type of issue before or can anyone help us by providing some document or any link to help resolve this issue. It would be really helpful.
