Need direction on how to make customized Recruiting Type available in Requisition DropDown

We've defined a new Recruiting Type in the Setup & Maintenance > Recruiting and Candidate Experience Lookups > ORA_IRC_RECRUITING_TYPE 

But when we go to open a new requisition the new value isn't available in the dropdown menu. Clearly I'm missing a step to make it available... can anyone help me out? I'm sure there's something that has to happen to add it to the existing requisition templates maybe?

The TOPS one is the one that is new in the screenshots.
