How to get results on a single row.

i am using the OBI tool to generate a report in the Admin section of Users and their respective coverage groups. I would like to have the results of the departments (if multiple) to be on one row separated by a comma. Right now it's displaying using the suppressed column. 

I'm new to using OBI so I'm not sure if this is possible or if I'll have to work it in excel.

For instance it has this 

 

John Smith    Dept1

                      Dept2

                      Dept3.

 

I would like it as 

John Smith      Dept1, Dept2, Dept3.
