Late Charges getting removed from 21A in Customer Interface

We interface customer data from Dynamics CRM to Oracle ERP Cloud. As part of this interface, we associate customer profile to the site level for late finance charges. Since 21A, we notice that the late charges are removed @ the customer site level (as seen in the attached screenshot) which resulted in the late charge invoices not getting created. From the 21A release readiness, there was nothing documented about any changes to Customer Profile or Late Charges or Customer interface. Anyone else facing the similar challenges?
