When a Candidate being accepted and then moved to HR Phase, a Pending worker being created and automatically User being created and sent to the hiring manager the details of the login so it can be shared to the Pending worker for Pre Hire Actions.

Question:

Can we disable this step? 

Or 

Can we make this not to go to Hiring Manager rather to IT ? 

As we need to make the user is the formal email which will be created at onboarding as well as the email to be the corporate email rather the personal.
