When do Checklist notifications get sent to the user? is it dependent on initiator or performer time preferences?

Hello, 

I was hoping someone can explain what logic the system has for checklist task notifications delivery time? I have created some tasks with delay duration of +1 day, +7 days and users are experiencing delivery notices at night, when they should be receiving these in the daytime - or during working hours ideally.

  • Most user computer clocks would be set to EST/EDT North America Eastern Time UTC -4
  • Initiator Preferences are set to UTC +00:00 Coordinated Universal Time UTC
