    Uploading Customization from Test instance to Production

    Dear Experts - After 21A upgrade, we were facing issue on accessing administrative tasks for performance through My Client > Performance.  Based on the solution provided by oracle, I deleted the /oracle/apps/menu/root_menu.xml which resolved the problem but it removed all customization and access to some of the pages.  How can I upload back the XML so it's back to what it was? Appreciate all the guidance and help to resolve this at the earliest.
