Interactions Dates are being shown one day in advance vs the day of the interaction

Date stamp on interactions are showing a different date then the actual note was entered

We have noticed that when we enter a note dated lets say 5/5, in the interactions it is showing as 5/6. Could this be a time zone issue, in which HCM is in UTC time right and we are in a AKST? That is my gut feeling, but wanted to see if anyone has notice such discrepancy. Thanks
