Error while creating a requisition

Hi All,

When I create the requisition and try to save it. I am getting the below error saying. 

The content of this section will be displayed once you fix all errors in the job requisition.

Q Field Grade is incorrect. The value must match the set identifier of the selected business unit or be part of the common set.

Q Field Grade is invalid. Enter a valid value.

 

We are using Job concept here. Did anyone face this issue and can you share your experience to resolve this issue?
