Subscription with Progressive Usage Quantity over a period of time

We want to create a subscription for three years. The usage allowed for each of the years is fixed

Create a subscription for three years.

For year 1: Usage quantity allowed = 1000GB, price is $1 per 100GB.

For year 2: Usage quantity allowed = 2000GB, price is $.75 per 100GB

For year 2: Usage quantity allowed = 2000GB, price is $.50 per 100GB

The customer is advance invoice on a yearly basis.

Is this possible in Subscription Management. If not any thoughts suggestions.

We also need to see the same in RMCS.

The client is using Salesforce for CPQ. Salesforce CPQ has a functionality - Mutli-Dimensional Quotes -- where a quote for the above scenario is sold. This needs to be mapped to Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and down the line to RMCS
