A report with csv output with parameters can be run interactively, but when scheduled no output can be found in scheduled processes, but available though e-mail

We have written an OTBI report which lists journal entries (for audit) in csv format. This has parameters of start date and end date. When we run this interactively we get the required output on screen and can export that as a csv.

If however, we schedule the report (using the schedule button in OTBI, fill in the parameters and submit we don't get any output in the submitted jobs app or in job history. We also get no job log and diagnostics don't appear.
