All rating types are not visible in Profile Talent Ratings

Hi,
While configuring the Talent ratings under My Client Group > Profiles > Profile Types > Person > Profile Talent Ratings. I can see only 6 talent rating types :
1. Career Potential
2. Performance Rating
3. Risk of Loss
4. Talent Score
5. N Box Cell Assignment
6. Advancement Readiness

It has mentioned there are 10 talent rating types. I don't see the remaining 4 which are :

1. Potential level
2. Potential score
3. Proficiency
4. Behavior ratings

Is there anything that I need to enable through FSM to make them visible? Please advice.
