Hello

Currently we have to interface all HCM data (relevant to payroll)  hourly/daily to our payroll system. We are planning to use OIC to build the integrations. Can someone shed some light on which route is better API (ATOM feeds) approach or HCM Extract based approach?

If someone has done something similar(HCM > Payroll), if you can share your experiences that would be hugely appreciated to avoid the common pitfalls.
