hallo guys

Can you please Help me undesrtand a very basic question.

i am trying to figure out what is the seeded hiring manager Role include ?

what is the Fusion intended that managers will do with the ORC?

When i attached it to a user ( gave him only line manager and employee ) he actually have almost all the abilities that recruiter has

he can create candidates , requisitions, Post requisitions, Create candidate pools ... it seems to me very wierd go give such big privillages to managers for recruiting

Am i missing something? is it really the seeded hiring manager Role ?
