Hi everyone

This month we are paying an employee a couple of lump sums, one using an element called Pay In Lieu of Notice and another using a Severance Payment element. These elements are not frequently used. A quick pay has shown that the NI contributions for both payments are incorrect. Looking at the balances, NIable pay and NIable Earnings are correct but all the other balances (employee contributions, employer contributions, LEL, UEL, etc.) are all incorrect. In March, a very similar payment was made using the Pay In Lieu of Notice element and all the NI contributions were fine, which is
