Unable to trigger B2B Emails via approval flow

Unable to to trigger b2b emails from templates for some admin profiles


Hi all,

We have enabled email notifications in the email settings section on the below triggers -

1. b2b Organization request initation (ex. Acknowledgement of new account request # sr400**** )
2. Organization request approval (ex. New account request # sr400**** approved)
3. Contact Activation/Role Change (ex. Your account and role assignments have changed)
4. Contract Addition (ex. New Account or Site Available.)

But these emails are working consistently only for a few users.
For example we have the below admin accounts ( -
1. Rony Mathews
2. Peter Samael
If we are doing the approval flow from these accounts, the emails are always triggered successfully.
