How to get the list of IDCS users based on IDCS group in VBCS

What options do we have to get the list?

Is there any rest service or any other way by which we can fetch only a selected group of users suppose :

a. all users of IDCS ADMIN (Group)

b. all users of PL Manager (Group)

and display them in a list in VBCS.
