All,

I have followed the steps detailed on the link below to the tee and unfortunately i was unable to generate the Final Zip file so i can load the Map Layer in the Business Rule > Map Layer section thru the UI.

Steps Completed

1. Downloaded the map from https://www2.census.gov/geo/tiger/TIGER2015/ZCTA5/tl_2015_us_zcta510.zip

2. Downloaded the QGIS Software : Version 3.18.2

3. Completed the steps 1-8 successfully :

Step 9 - I see a slightly different set of files and thought this may be due to latest version of QGIS software and, as i start generating the ZIP file here is the error i see
