Salary and Job Title missing in online Total Compensation Statement

Hi there, 

Has anyone run into this in their Total Compensation statement? The job title and salary is missing for one of our employees. They were a term and rehire in the same year but wouldn't think that would be why. I've had success with all other employees I've run the statement for.

Appreciate any feedback on how to resolve.
