Hi - as per process, if I set the value for "Automatically Fill Requisition" to 'Yes', the requisition gets filled as the number of hires matches the number of openings.

Question 1 - Does the status of the requisition instantly change to "Open - Filled" or does it happen when a schedule process runs ?

Question 2 - Alternatively, if I set the value for "Automatically Fill Requisition" to 'No' while creating the requisition, and then after hiring the required candidates, I change the value to 'Yes', will it still fill the requisition automatically or would I need to run a scheduled process ?
