Hi All,

I know there are a lot of filters that are available on the applicant list view and you just have to add them to the filter list by clicking on the cog icon next to the reset link for your own personalised search.  However, is it possible to define the filters for others?  I have a requirement to expose 'Recommend for Rehire' for all users and do not appear to have this option.
