We are tracking leaves through Manage Employment using Action and Assignment Status. Our HRBPs would like to pull a list of employees having Leave status within a specific month but I am having a hard time applying date filters in Analysis.

Here's a screenshot of how transactions line up for an employee. We sometime have other types of transactions in between Leave and Return or employee switching from Benefits to Personal Leave, making it harder to do reporting/calculating days difference.
