what is the process to NO BID a specific line during the negotiation process if using groups? (See attached file with the Error Detail if one line of the group is NO Bid)

As standard we use Groups in the negotiation process, each Group might have specific Lines that the supplier should complete (and some that they not) is there any setup that we can do to allow No Bid 

We are already using in the response Rules the opcion "Allow suppliers to select lines on with to respond"
