We need the report of, Number of times hire-date changed and all hired dates changed(in one field). Is it possible in BIP?

If yes, pls share me the sample SQL our reference.

Here is the below columns:

Standard ID	First Name	Last Name	Projected Hire Date/Actual Hire Date	Number of times hire-date changed	All hired dates changed(in one field)
A002321	John	Doe	3/31/2021	4	3/7/2021; 3/10/2021; 3/17/2021; 3/31/2021
