Production scheduling for External Organizations not available in 21B version of production scheduling

As per Oracle production Scheduling Cloud  does not work for external organizations in current release (21B). Organization defined in Oracle ERP cloud are called internal organization and if the planning cloud is integrated with other ERPs, all organizations defined in those ERPs are considered as external organization in PS cloud. Do you know when PS Cloud will be enabled for external organizations? We want to position PS Cloud where supply chain and manufacturing is in EBS.
