I see in the Job Legislative business object that for US Jobs there are EFF fields for capturing EEO4 data. 

Does Oracle have a place for capturing EEO5 data?

A compliance reporting system implemented by the School Reporting Committee (EEO-5) in a joint effort between EEOC, OCR and the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) for the collection of employment data of public elementary and secondary school systems or districts.
