Performance document analyses with Comments

Hello Experts

I need to do an Analyses with Performance Rating and Comment given.

In Analyses Performance Rating real time, any of the Comments Field there returned data. they all given me error.
How can I get this information

If Unabel by Analysis is there a query that might help me?
