Unable to process Life Event that are in Manual Status

Hi All,

We have business scenario where employee shouldn't be process a life event after Death of their Dependent until they submit the Death certificate.

In order to achieve this  created a life event (Death of Dependent with Timeliness Days as -1.)

When employee reports the Death of Dependent  LE  we could see the LE gets triggered in to Manual Status but while processing from Benefits Admin Screen we detect the below error

The person has one or more manual life events that must be resolved before processing can continue. (BEN-990412)
Set the manual life event to void or detected status.
