Privileges for the Enterprise Contract User job role not displaying in Security Console

Privileges for the Enterprise Contract User job role not displaying in Security Console

For other security roles in the Security Console I can see what privileges the role contains, however, there are no results for the Enterprise Contract User job role.  Any ideas on what might be occurring?  Attached is a screenshot from the Security Console.  This is in our test environment which has 21B.
