Proposed Job Column WFC

Hello,

Does someone from here know if there is a possibility to customize what job titles are seen in the WFC promotion plan? Currently our managers see all the job titles that are created in core HR but the business requirement is to limit the jobs they can see based on employees' divisions. Basically, if an employee has Division A, the manager should see only jobs that are available for Division A, if an employee has Division B, the manager should see only jobs that are available for Division B etc.

Do you know if such customization is possible in WFC?
