Washington Worker's comp code and rate to Quarterly Tax ADP file feed

The requirement to send the Worker's comp code and rate for Washington employees to ADP through quarterly tax file.

It is confirmed that Oracle is not supporting this functionality.

Please suggest, how to accomplish this requirement for ADP file feed.
