In our customer we have Department of Defense which are very critical in the selection process Part

The Department of Defense are a team inside the company 

The business process: In the middle of the selection process ( after the candidate passed few interviews) the recruiter will send a request to the Department of Defense with few details on the candidate

According to this details the Department of Defense decide on few background and loyalty tests ( like if he has any violent background, if he was in prison etc… ) and they return a response to the recruiter with the Data on the Tests. For this scenario I believe that you would recommend us to use the background check BUT few questions:
