Item is B2B enabled.  Planning data is collected. GOP server is refreshed and restarted.

On booking order, line status goes into Waiting.  And does not move further.  And obviously no  work order is created.

ATP rule has the Infinite supply day as 7 days.

 

The schedule ship date on order line is calculated as 29th May 2021.

Please share your comments what can be the possible reason
