Organization profile new custom section

Hello Experts

We are trying to create a new Performance docuemnt avaliation.

For it to work well the best solution is to use a Custom Section in the Organization Profile.
i've created the New catalog item but don't know if i'm missing a step.
There is no option to add the new Section in organization profile.

We actually need 2 new custom sections to be used. The company does not want us to re-use one of the default ones, since it will imply into to much customization and we will lose the possibilty of using them later on, now that recruiting is coming up.
