Stop Onboarding (Transitions) email to candidate that separated
We have an Onboarding (Transitions) task that sends a correspondence to the hired candidate 145 days post hire date.
Because candidate profile is using a personal email, the correspondence gets sent even if the candidate has left the position prior to the 145th day.
We don't want to change the candidate's email as they might be matched to other requisitions in the future or they might apply themselves.
Anyone have a work around, using TCC possibly, that can prevent the email from being sent?
