Unable to see the Approve Job Requisition Transactions in the Transaction Summary

Summary

Transaction summary is not showing the "Approve Job Requisition" transactions

Hi Team,

We initiated job requisition transactions and the transactions are approved by the hiring managers but unable to see the history of the transactions under Transaction Summary.

Has anyone come across the same before?

Please share your inputs.
