As you’re likely aware, Oracle is in the process of retiring the Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) component from the HCM Cloud environment, and has announced the intent to retire and remove this component over a year ago.  We have provided numerous announcements and updates on this end of life plan for Payroll Batch Loader via Red Cares, Customer Connect, and via My Oracle Support reference documents and white papers for customer and HCM partner uptake and use to effect PBL to HDL transitions.
