    How to trigger a journey for a user that is changing states during a transfer action.

    I'm being asked to researching the use of journeys to process tasks needed after a user changes states and possibly other variables.

    • Internal Transfer- no state change, exempt
    • Internal Transfer- state change
    • Internal Transfer- state change, new leader of people
    • Internal Transfer- no state change, new leader of people
    • Internal Transfer- department change, no state change

    I know that I can cover the exempt item via eligibility profile. But is there a way to track transactions where a state change occurs and/or a user becomes a leader of people?
