Germany clients - what is your process with GWC?

One of my clients is looking for some feedback from other clients that are live in Germany and how you are working through a few things with the German Works Council.  Any feedback you can share is greatly appreciated.  They are also open to discussing directly with you.

Describe your processes and how you leverage Taleo to manage the following, or are you managing this outside of Taleo?

• Internal job posting Works Council approval process
• Processes around disabled persons (candidate and the DER [Disabled Employees Representative] involvement)
• Posting to the German Federal Agency for Employment
• Anonymize applications (internal vs external)
