Onboarding Issue - Future Hire (Pending Workers cannot complete Tasks once converted)

Hi all,

We have add a pending worker with a future date and they have some onboarding tasks to be completed and they are able to complete (like they have 3 tasks) and they are able to complete, but meanwhile if they are converted to employee and it's future date they are not able to complete the tasks and get this error.

What we saw that if they are not converted with a future date they can complete onboarding but if they are converted then they are not able to mark the tasks as complete.

Has anyone seen this and fix it?
