For an unconstrained planning scenario , is it possible to do a midpoint scheduling of a work order without impacting the start & end dates of prior operations ?

Example : WO # TNK001 has 3 operations where each operation consumes 8 hours each . After the  WO is  released , the Start & completion dates get populated  automatically for each operation based on the WO start date & Resource usage value of respective operations

While the 1st operation is in-process , the prod engg expects  a delay in the completion of 2nd operation and extends the scheduled  completion date of operation # 02. Will this  change  result in
