Dependent Imputed income rate dropped by Salary Change event

System automatically drops dependent imputed income rates when a salary change runs on a person but continues to provide plan enrollment

For this client, voluntary spouse life plan is setup as subjected to imputed income and so far the calculation all has been working fine. However, when a salary change event is run on a person, system is dropping the rate for dependent imputed income and continues to provide the plan with no rate. Also, if there is a consecutive event system calculate back the imputed rate as expected. Voluntary spouse life is not a salary driven coverage plan and has flat options like 25K, 50K etc. There is no enrollment configuration in plantype in program for imputed income as system
