Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report query timeout

Hi, just wondering if anyone has any experiences with the Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report timing out when it usually completes for all Sources in around a minute?

After some investigation, it looks like the problem is with Projects - running the report for other sources completes successfully within a minute or so, but running it for a source of Projects shows the same behaviour as when run for everything - i.e. it runs for 40 minutes then errors with the SQL timeout.

Funny thing is that if I run the report for Projects but with separate runs for each specific JE-Category that we usually use mentioned in that parameter, those runs complete (but a couple take 5 or 6 minutes which is longer than usual, even when not returning any exceptions in the output produced).
