Paid/Old Expense Reports are not viewable at Expense Work Area


User currently has all expense reports (reimbursement requests) completed (paid) and wanted to view them. However, no expense reports are visible at Expenses Work area. User tried to use the search bar, a result appeared. (The problem with this is if the user forgot the description of previously routed expense reports)
When user created new expense report, it is viewable. And then "See All" link button also appeared. Through the See All link, user was able to view previous expense reports. 

Is the a way to view all reports regarding of status at expense work area?
