Payroll to AP integration to pay out benefit providers

I know there is no direct integration from Cloud Payroll to AP to create invoices, and pay out the benefit providers. Are there any customers that have done this integration to automate the process to create invoices in AP after the payroll process is complete?
Also, Do Oracle expect the benefit providers to generate and send invoice to AP directly?
