How do I setup vanity name servers instead of the ns1.pxx.dns.oraclecloud.net

I have about 70 domain zone files I want to manage under the DNS management tool in OCI.  How can I manage all the domains using vanity name servers?  i.e. ns1.myhostingdomain.com instead of the ns1.pxx.dns.oraclecloud.net?  Otherwise I would have to change the name server records of each of the domains.  I read in the DNS FAQ that this is possible or is there something I do not understand?
