Can we remove default images?

Is there any way we can remove or hide default images throughout talent?

We'd like to remove the default images that display with messages throughout talent.  Is there any way to do so?  Like the birds nest image that accompanies the text "There's nothing here so far."   Similar with the image when you navigate to Reports & Analytics.
