In the current functionality, in the new Hire Process> Assignment section, when you populate the the field Probation Period, (example 6 months), the Probation Period End Date is automatically populated based on the calculated date. Then we have a requirement to auto default the value in the field "Probations Period" to "6 months". This was approved by the auto complete team. I have implemented the autocomplete rule and the the field " Period Period" has now default value of "6 months" during new hire process.
