Making attachment as a mandatory field for name change, gender change in the Personal Details Sectio

Hi

I have a below requirement, can some one suggest the possible ways to achieve this.

Would like to make  name change, gender change for the action 'Personal Details' as mandatory to upload even attachments.

Say for example, the employee is trying to change/update his marital status in the demographic Info section , so he may need to upload the attachment in the system failing to which would throw an error message stating that the  attachment is missing. How can we achieve this validation message through page composer.
