Termination disburse amount not adjusted
SummaryTermination enter ahead of time employee was able to submit absence request however hours were not deducted from plan balance.
Hi Oracle community-
We found the below scenario would like to confirm if this is normal behavior on absence plans.
- HR Admin processed termination for employee ahead of time. Termination date was set to 5/31. The plan shows disbursement of 8 hrs.
- Employee was able to record an absence request on 5/25. The plan showed a balance of 8 hrs.
- Employee got paid on termination 8 hrs and is getting paid an additional 8 hrs as were never deducted from the original plan balance.
